MICRO NEEDLING
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, refers to the medical aesthetic treatment whereby a controlled micro-trauma is induced in the skin.

A Handheld device with very small needles is used to prick the skin and create many microchannels in the area treated. Through these microchannels a specialized medical cocktail of serums is infused into the deeper layers of the skin, bringing about physiological changes in the skin. Through the healing/repair that is brought on by the treatment, new skin formation, together with new collagen and elastin are stimulated.

This is a great and simple way, yet very effective way of resurfacing the skin to yield a younger, healthier and more luminous skin tone.

Microneedling is recommended for a variety of skin conditions:

-
Reducing scars (including hypertrophic scars) caused by acne, surgery, and thermal burns
-
Fading stretch marks
-
Reduction of fine lines and wrinkles
-
Pigmentation disorders such as Melasma and hyperpigmentation.
-
Tightening of saggy skin
-
Refinement of skin texture and enlarged pores.
It is important to get a comprehensive skin analysis and consultation with a medical professional before embarking on any minimally invasive procedure.
